Our favourite dishes of the week

This week we would like to present you two vegetarian dishes with great nutritional properties perfect for facing the last days of work before your well.

The first is - Rosti with lentils and potatoes, salad and yoghurt - which thanks to the properties of the lentils (complex proteins and carbohydrates, iron, phosphorus and vitamins B) will help your concentration and memory.

The second one is - Barley with basil pesto, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella - that thanks to the many properties of basil (vitamins A, B, C and E, minerals, flavonoids, polyphenols, tryptophan) is able to contribute to the well-being of the nervous system, relieving insomnia, anxiety and stress.

Other dishes available in our meal boxes this week include Pappardelle (with bolognese ragout), Chicken with milk (and rosemary, curcuma, pink pepper and potatoes), Orecchiette (with pea cream, mint and sweet red chili peppers), Frittata with broad beans (and speck, ricotta and rocket salad).
